MP: Internet 'too fast for legislation'

Speaking to ZDNet UK at Infosecurity Europe 2009 event in London, Alun Michael, MP for Cardiff South and Penarth, says the rules of internet behaviour should be negotiated by online communities, while the police should work internationally to detect and pursue online criminals.
