Microsoft extends Office to the web

David Berlind gets a beta preview of Microsoft's Office Live Workspace from director Kirk Gregersen. The service includes both a browser-based text editor and a browser-based list editor but primarily targets users of Office who want to use a shared, web-based repository for collaborating on Microsoft Office documents.
