November debut for HTC's Android-platform phone

CNET's Kara Tsuboi and Tom Krazit discuss the long-awaited Google smartphone. Google is not making the hardware, but rather the operating system called Android, which will be compatible with a number of manufacturers and carriers. The FCC has just green-lighted maker HTC for a November release.
